Application Field

Alumina ceramics parts are widely using in lighting system with high mechanical property、high hardness、long wearing、 large insulation resistance、good corrosion preventive 、high temperature resistant.

Alumina ceramics parts can be used in lamps and lanterns. The thermal conductivity of alumina ceramic substrates ranges from 29. 3W / (m · K) to 35W / (m · K), which is approximately ten to twenty times that of aluminum substrates. When applied to LEDs, they can perfectly conduct heat and maximize the lifespan of the LED. If equipped with a good heat dissipation radiator, there will be no junction temperature at all, which can provide maximum protection for the lamp beads .China is biggest market of alumina ceramics parts. most of alumina ceramic are exported.
